50th Post!!!

Hiya Jammers! Wow...I almost forgot how I started posts *_*

Anyway, it's clear I've been away for a long time. Like, over a month and a half. That's how long the Beta Days lasted. I mean, come on, the Beta Days!

So...I've come back. I haven't posted since Summer Vacation, and I was almost going to do a 'Hiatus' post, but I didn't want that for my 50th post, 'cause that would just look bad. In a way. Or honest...either one. It's clear I need new authors. Tomorrow I will post some requirements to become an author. I may choose one or two...I'll see. You may have also noticed I threw together a 'Night of The Phantoms Edition' blog template. This will last 'till November 1st. When Christmas music starts. Has anyone ever noticed that? Anyway, I should stop blabbing and get on with the post. It's Monday, so that works out fairly well with the whole '50th Post' thing.

Have anyjammers noticed how you can now choose to put on your username or animal jam for your nametag on AJ? I just noticed recently, due to its new, or I'm seriously behind on news.

To change from usernames to animal names, go to Options > Nametag > and click the blue button circle

Hiya Jammers:) Welcome to the only the second JJ post on AJP...funny how it feels like so much longer ^-^

This Thursday's Jamaa Journal post (or JJ post) starts of with the new Bounce House at the Diamond shop, for 5 diamonds and a membership :I

It is actually really small...and I think AJHQ should only have put it up for 3 diamonds...but then again, the larger dens' these day's are usually 7 gems.

 

It's too expensive for me, still, as a NM, I guess it would ':)

Jamaalidays in July..hey that rhymes! Well, that whole sentence did anyway:)

I can't get a screenshot of the JinJ (Jamaalidays is July) because I just realized it was July 23rd...smooth, right? ^_^

I'm also sorry I couldn't post the Jamaasian Facts yesterday, so you may see one anyday of the week this week.

Todays newest item in Jamaa is the "Flapper Hat"

I honestly have no idea what a Flapper Hat is, but it looks like it was meant for ladies, judging by the colors and ribbon in the back. (Forgive me if I'm wrong)

You can find this a Jam Mart Clothing :) for 600 gems. In my opinion, Jamaa is bringing a lot of items that all kinda look the same.

Daily Updates + ~Paws - Jamaasian Facts #5: How To Make a Phantom Cotton Candy~

Despite the long title, today's post is going to be a bit shorter.

Hiya Jammers! Welcome back to the AJP! Today is kinda going to be a mix of the Daily Update & the "Paws" for Jamaasian Facts post.

Anyways, today's new item is the Buried Statue. I'm not sure if it should be called the Half-Buried Statue, or the Buried Statue, depending on how well it's dug up :T

This item is on for sale at Jam Mart Furniture...as always.
I really think AJHQ needs to create a set of clothing items, that are sold at Jam Mart Clothing.

Now it's time for me to help you make the Phantom Cotton Candy at the Summer Carnival :3

Step 1:

Go to the Summer Carnival, either by clicking it on the "Parties" menu, or finding it on a sign in whatever land you're in.

Step 2:

Click on the Cotton Candy Machine, on the left-hand side of the SC.

Step 4 (5, 6 & 7):

Choose your cone (white looks good)
Then, when it gets to the cotton candy colors, choose black, white, black:

Just like this ^

Then, after your done...It's look like this

When you're in the Machine, it'll just look like a normal cotton candy, but after you're done it'll look like a Phantom.

Pottery Shards and the thing with Animal Jam/Dating

Hiya Jammers! I'm glad you could come for another post...

Today's Daily Update is the new Pottery Shards found at Jam Mart Furniture.

And I still don't have enough gems. Well, why don't I have enough gems? I never had enough, I took all the other screenshots on my storage account.

Really classic, Hey? It sounds like one of those dramatic movies "I never had enough gems... I-I took all my screenshots from my Storage account! B-because I was too lazy to sign into my other one!!!"

But really, I was too lazy, and it said "Welcome (my storage username here)" so I just had to press "Play Now" and I was set... so yeah :D

But here's a picture of a cute kitten to make up for it ^.^

Now, moving on to a totally different subject...

What do you think of Animal Jam/Dating?

I mean, when Animal Jam first started  (I wasn't there, so I can't be sure) I don't think there was dating, and if there was, it was just like "Yeah lets go to the Dinner Party or the Sarepia Theater" or something like that. Now Jammers are just... taking it very seriously...I'll put it that way.

Most of the time, you don't exactly know who you're dating, and I think it's better to keep it that way, like don't date at all. I'm not saying who can't super-ooper-dooper-never-ever can date someone on Animal Jam, it's up to you, but I suggest not to (strongly)

Animal Jam is not a dating site, here, people!!! And I'm sorry if you're like "Well, your just a party-pooper!" This may sound cheesy, but better to be safe then sorry, 'cause you just really never know.

There isn't any need to be afraid, because (I've said this like a million times) just follow to Animal Jam rules and you'll have a safe and fun time, without, having to "Date" someone.

Sooo...

Ruined Stairs & Random Stuff :P

Well, I thought there'd be no new items, since there hasn't been a lot lately. Then I came across the Ruined Stairs in Jam Mart Furniture.

This is a fairly good price, because they come in both above and underground

~Paws: Jamaasian Facts~#4: How to Trade

OK, so I'm guessing most of you know how to trade? For those of you who don't, here is how...

1. Click on a Jammers name tag, then when it comes up, click the button that looks like this:

This should be on the left-hand side of the person's Jammer profile.

2. There should be different items on trade, depending on the Jammer. (Mem. or NM)

on the right-hand side, (if there's more then four items) there should be a little blue scroll bar that you can click the arrows to see what you want.

3. Click on the item you want, then it'll show something like this:

To trade, click one of those squares, then add the item you want to trade (make sure it fair to you, and the Jammer) If it is a rare item, there'll be sign that pops up like this:

4. When you trade, it'll go something like this: 

If you regret making the trade, and this is still up, click "Cancel".

5. When you get the item you want, it'll look like this:

If the Jammer declined your trade, It'll look like this:

 

(Where it has the scribbled black line is where the username goes, I just scribbled it out)

 

When you get a Trade request, It'll look like this:
